The qualities we
possess, the emotions we express, the clarity of thoughts we have and the
self-discipline which we practice are not the ones which we have totally designed
for our life and living. Here, all this things which we do in our life has the
impacts of the people whom we are closely attached to in our life. Our mother
could say that we react like our father during certain times in life, our
grandmother could tell that we behave like our mother sometimes and our friends
could tell that we behave like our best friend at times. Here, all the
qualities, emotions, thoughts, ideas are not our own rather we practice them
just by imitating the people around us.
Whenever you take care
of your mental health and try to improve the quality of your life remember that we are
investing not only on ourselves but also for the people around us as well to
our future generation. Make sure that you groom yourself in a more positive way
because it has the power to affect and impact the life of many other people
around you.
Whenever you feel proud
about yourself for any of your qualities for which you get appreciated the most
then thank the person from whom you have learned such a beautiful quality. Impressing people with our best qualities is not just an easy task so thank the ones who pratice good deeds and the ones whom you admire in your life. If you are a person who is kind to others and when you
get appreciated for that then think of the person from whom you have learned that
kindness and whose kind attitude made you follow that in your life. Thank them
enough because that will help them to become even better and also will make
them happier.
