When we get hurt by
something which happened in our life it is not at all easy to forget that
incident because it’ll get stored in our memory very strongly. As, Maya Angelou
said “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but
people will never forget how you made them feel”. This particular quote suits
to everything which happens in our life. When someone makes us feel happy and
overwhelming we will remember that happy moment for our lifetime. Later, we
will share that incident with almost everyone we are close to us in life. On the
other hand when we get hurt we keep that feeling of hurt within our hearts. We
revisit and revise that feeling of hurt and extract more hurt from our mind and
hearts.
It is unnecessary to
remember all the bitter incidents because that eventually spoils our happiness.
Carrying the feeling of hurt does not do any good to us. The only thing we can
learn from that feeling of hurt is that we are still mentally and emotionally
weak in certain aspects of our life.
When we take care of
our mental health such feeling of hurt won’t even affect us rather we will be
focused about our own life and its happiness. Never allow your feelings of hurt
to injure other person who is not even aware of your inner emotions. Never
focus on what makes you feel low rather focus on the things which makes you feel
happy about life. Come out of the myth of attaching yourselves to the feeling
of hurt.
