True Richness

 

       Don’t take much time to bounce back from the things which hurts you. In life, we dwell on the things which we try to forget. When something hits us hard and hurts us we feel that pain strongly for few days. It might be for a week or two but we forget that our emotions affect our mental strength. Here after, when something unacceptable happens in your life try and bounce back from that faster. At first it will take a week to get back from those emotions, the next time it’ll take few days to overcome that phase, the other time it’ll take couple of days to get back to normal, the following time it’ll take a day or few hours to bounce back to our normal state and finally we will become the stronger person who we have ever known in our life. Everything which happens around us will never hurt us after some point when we practice the act of bouncing back faster in life.

       Don’t dwell on the negative elements because everything which happens in our life does not ask our permission to enter into our life but we have the option to choose the way how we can feel and react towards them. Staying strong and possessing the attitude of positivity will never reach us over night rather we just have to work towards it constantly.

       Being positive all the time in life is one of the toughest tasks which many people fail to practice but when you learn to master the skill of positivity then life will become a happy living. A beautiful life is not about the materialistic richness we possess rather it is all about the richness of the heart which holds positive emotions and spreads positivity everywhere.
