Worry Less Live More

 

       It is very common to feel low during particular situations in life. We try to train our mind to focus on the positive things but our mind does not work the way we tune rather it’ll dwell on the things which we try to eliminate from our thinking. When we seek the help of the people around us to sort out the issues of handling with the negatives in life they will give numerous ideas and advices to make us stronger. At the end, everything which we think and hear will make our situation even worse.

       Here, the best idea to get over our bad phase is to write down the thing which bothers us in a piece of paper. Read the note which you have written for up to five times. Later, ask yourself that this problem can affect your life after one week, one month and even after one year. If that particular feeling of negativity is going to affect you life even after one year then think about it and try all possible ways to sort out that rather if it does not going to matter to you even after one weak then get rid of it immediately.

       Never put unwanted pressure on yourself by thinking about the unwanted stuff which does not contain any benefit. Live your life by being a stress free individual. Never over think, over react and most importantly don’t get worried too much. Nothing is permanent in this temporary human life even our problems are the temporary ones which occur in our life to just shape us.
